Then, the individualized treatment may include Swedish or deep tissue massage, cross-fiber friction, trigger point therapy, hot or cold therapy, mobilization and stretching of the affected area(s) and connected structures. After the session, patient education may include stretching and self-massage exercises, posture correction and cross training recommendations for increased results and faster recovery.

Maintenance

Our extended therapy session, aimed for longer and more detailed work.  A great option for those recovering from an injury, event, or competition.  This appointment will have you in and out of the office in 90 minutes.
