LATE POLICY:
A 15 minute grace period will be granted for late arrivals. Please Inform us if you're running late.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a service appointment, you will incur a $15 late fee
After 25 minutes, you appointment is automatically cancelled
*PLEASE NO EXTRA PERSONS AT YOUR APPOINTMENT*
However, if this is unavoidable please inform us prior to service.
CANCELLATIONS:
When at least 24 hours notice is given, appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without charge.
DEPOSITS:
A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required on all bookings at least two days prior to your appointment. Deposit can be made via cash or bank transfers via CIBC(First Pay)

This treatments aids with ingrown hairs and helps to replenish and soothe the skin. This can be done immediately after a Brazilian service. This treatment comprises of a cleanse, along with a steam, followed by a gentle exfoliation, extraction (if needed), hydro jelly mask and a moisturizing serum. 
It is best paired with a Brazilian or preferably if the area is already bare

Jelly Mask is formulated to calm and hydrate the skin. The mask chosen depends on the client’s skin type.
