To secure your appointment, A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $5,000 is required for services EXCEEDING $10,000.

If the service required is less than $10,000, then the deposit will be a charge of $1,500. remaining balances must be paid via bank transfer or debit/credit card, as our facility is cashless.

2. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

Rescheduling is only permitted within the current booking period and is subject to availability. If you need to reschedule or make changes to your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled date to allow us to adjust our schedule. Only one (1) rescheduling is allowed within the same month.

Steaming helps open the hair follicles and cuticles, allowing products to penetrate more effectively. This process improves moisture balance, promotes hair growth, increases blood circulation to the scalp, and reduces hair breakage.

A retwist is a maintenance technique for locs that involves carefully twisting the new growth at the roots to ensure a neat and well-defined appearance. This process often incorporates refined methods such as palm rolling and locksmithing to preserve the integrity and style of your locs.

This service include a fresh retwist, and Basic 2 strand twist style. 

This should be done every 4-6 weeks no longer than 8 weeks.

Retwist and Style 🌱

This service is when I use the crochet hook to interlock your new growth hair together. Interlocs are recommended every 3-6months to tighten the loc to the scalp, holding the loc in place over time.

Wash and Style is not included.

Interlocking New Growth 🌱

Crochet Retwist is a technique that involves crocheting loose hair at the roots back into the loc base. This service is best suited for clients who are not tender-headed, as it requires a firm approach.
	•	Styling is not included after this service.
	•	The cost may vary based on the amount of excessive new growth.
