Mamma Nurture Pregnancy Massage 

Gua sha tools are repeatedly stroked over oiled skin to stimulate blood flow and generate heat in the upper soft tissues. This helps to relieve tension in the muscles and facia, and improve the flow of Qi.

The gentle heat and suction created by ear candling can help ease common ear, nose, and throat complaints, including; headaches, excess ear wax, and sinus conditions.

Ear candling can also help to rebalance ear pressure after a plane journey.

Gentle and mindful hands-on therapy for abdominal scars. Includes a full assessment and history of your abdominal scar(s) and the surrounding area(s), followed by holistic mobilisation techniques tailored to you. 

You will also learn simple techniques for ongoing self-care of your scar*. For other body scars, please choose our Scar Well-being treatment for your initial visit.

Abdominal Scar Well-being

Cupping therapy is combined with massage to target areas of tension, helping to boost circulation stimulate lymphatic drainage, and promote the flow of Chi (Qi). 

The soft tissues are massaged, then plastic and silicone cups are applied and either left in position, or moved to assist with circulation and drainage.

Cupping Therapy

Gentle and rhythmical Lymphatic Drainage Massage to relieve swelling, support the lymphatic system, improve circulation, aid recovery from surgery or injury, and de-stress.

Time for You

Heated basalt stones are applied during massage to the soft tissues of the neck, back and shoulders to induce relaxation and target areas of tension. Warm stones are then placed on the front of the body whilst you receive Reiki energy. A nourishing, grounding and deeply peaceful experience.
