In this free consultation, we discuss your problem and conduct some assessments to see if we are able to help you. The discovery session is perfect for those that suffer from pain for over 3 months, or those who've had failed treatments with other health professionals.

Discovery Session

At your initial appointment at our clinic, we will begin by discussing your problem and identifying your goals. We will then develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This first session will include a treatment and some movements/exercises to help address your concerns. Everything will be clearly explained, and you will receive exercises sent to your phone to continue at home.

Initial Appointment 

The one-hour follow-up treatment is designed to build on the progress made during your first appointment. Our goal is to address any concerns or issues you experienced during the first week. During this session, you will receive another treatment, and your exercises will be advanced to further support your recovery.

1 - Hour Follow UP Appointment 

The 30-minute follow-up treatment is for addressing small problems that are usually easily resolved. This appointment is often reserved for conditions that don't require extensive attention such as sports massages.
