DO NOT CALL THE STORE FOR ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT. *A credit card is required to hold an appointment. For strand packages up to 30 Strands, you will not be charged until the time of your appointment. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment **Strand packages 40 and over require a 50% deposit and no less than 48 hours to cancel. You will be charged 50% of your strand package if you cancel after your cancellation window and 100% if you do not show up.
