Release stress, ease tension and melt into relaxation. A tailored neck and shoulder massage routine to soothe tight muscles, relieve headaches, and restore a sense of ease. Leaving you lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed. 

Tension in the neck and shoulders is often caused by a mix of physical, emotional and postural factors, including;
- Daily activities, screen time & driving
- Stress & Anxiety
- Weak or unbalanced muscles
- Shallow breathing
- Jaw clenching or teeth grinding
By reminding ourselves how to relax through felt sense and deep vreathes, we experience tranquility.
