This is a holistic, deeply relaxing full body massage. Perfect for calming the nervous system, easing tension and boasting circulation.

Swedish Massage

This type of massage is done with a firmer pressure and slower movements to release muscular tension in deeper tissue. You can opt for a full body massage or tailor the treatment to focus on particular areas.

TASTER TREATMENTS - 30 MINS REFLEXOLOGY

Based on the principle that reflex points on the feet and hands correspond with organs and systems of the body, reflexology promotes balance by stimulating the body’s own healing process. It’s also an extremely relaxing treatment! I mostly work on the feet but am able to work on the hands if preferred. 

Please book this session if this is your first treatment with me or if you haven't visited for a while. This session includes a free 15 minute consultation. 

Reflexology (15 min initial consultation + 60 min treatment)

Pregnancy Massage

Congrats mamma! A tailored treatment for pregnant ladies (from 13 weeks). Treatments are adapted to suit your needs, anything from deep relaxation, to aiding insomnia and aches and pains. From 38 weeks, techniques on specific reflexes can be used to encourage a timely and natural labour.
