Patch tests are required for all services. A non-refundable deposit of £15 will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations made at any time after the deposit is paid will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged. A £5 fee will be applied if you are 10 minutes late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and you will still be charged. No refunds are offered for completed services. Please ensure you arrive makeup-free for all appointments.
