Access Bars® is a gentle hands-on energy technique that involves lightly touching 32 specific points on the head. These points are linked to different areas of life — such as relaxation, creativity, relationships, money, and inner peace. During the session, you lie down comfortably while the practitioner touches these points in a specific sequence. This simple process helps to release the mental “overload” we carry — stress, limiting beliefs, and negative thought patterns. Clients often describe the experience as deeply calming, like pressing a reset button for the brain.
