I provide a safe space for conscious health and mind-body-soul connection. I offer a warm approach to therapeutic holistic bodywork. Being a relationship coach as well as an intuitive complementary therapist, I keep your 'relationship to self' front of mind, and do my best to support your individual needs. At times, I may provide you with further lifestyle guidance and encourage you to reflect and focus on the benefits that your inner work either brings or doesn't bring to your environment and the people you hold close.
