Hikari works with clients experiencing overall fatigue, headaches and migraines, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, hip and knee tension, TMJ, anxiety, sleep issues, and nervous system dysregulation. Tommy, founder and lead bodyworker, trained in Costa Rica with a background in kinesiology, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy. Each session is tailored to your body’s current state, targeting areas of tension and imbalance to improve mobility, relieve pain, and regulate the nervous system.

Both in-home mobile sessions and in-studio sessions are available.

Deep Tissue - The Relief

A subtle, restorative therapy that works with the rhythm of your craniosacral system to bring the entire body back into alignment. Using light touch, this session calms the nervous system, releases stored tension, and supports the body’s innate ability to self-correct.

Craniosacral Therapy has been shown to help with headaches, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and emotional imbalance. By restoring flow and harmony through the skull, spine and sacrum, the body finds its natural balance — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Craniosacral Therapy - The Alignment

Goal: Blend deep physical release with nervous system regulation.

This session merges the precision of deep tissue bodywork with the subtle power of craniosacral therapy. The treatment begins with targeted deep tissue and trigger point work to melt away muscular tension and open the body’s structural pathways. From there, the experience transitions into a meditative craniosacral state—allowing the nervous system to recalibrate, realign, and integrate the release.

The result is a full-body harmony that feels both grounded and elevated—muscular relief, nervous system regulation, and deep internal stillness.
