Hi Annie, thank you for your review. We do have Seqora labeled as an apprentice on our online booking so clients know she will take longer to complete a service and is still learning. We do offer any fixes needed or adjustments to haircuts at no charge if something isn’t quite to your liking. Also for anyone calling to book an appointment we make a point to ask if it’s ok to be booked with an apprentice as well. Please let us know if you’d like to come in for any adjustments and we can help you with that. Thank you! 

When making an appointment online it would be helpful to know if the hairdresser is an apprentice. In some scenarios it's no big deal but when you have something specific in mind and it doesn't quite turn out that way it can be disappointing. On another note I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was very warm, inviting and calm.

A no wash service does not include a blow dry (please come with dry and straight hair)

This service is for those that want a low maintenance rooted look, while still having some brightness throughout the mids and ends. 

This is a starting price. If your stylist has more experience it will be more, please make sure to check the starting price located under the stylist chosen upon booking. Price is subject to change depending on how much product we use.

Balayage

Root Retouch is for making your roots DARKER.

Hilite Retouch is for touching up your roots with hilites. (Going lighter) 

Global Blonde root retouch is for touching up your solid blonde roots. For Global Blonde root retouch your roots must be 1/2 - 1 inch. If any longer you need to book for a global blonde service.

Spiral Perm is a perm done on longer hair.
Hair usually is shoulder length or longer.
