Pre-event massage is a technique aimed at preparing the body for physical activity (Involves tapotement which is tapping, slapping & hacking!) The massage techniques often involve light to moderate pressure, focusing on stimulating the muscles and increasing blood flow. This helps to "wake up" the muscles and get them ready for performance.
