What I practice is a therapeutic bodywork / massage that is rooted in Tui-Na, which is an ancient Oriental massage style that is done fully clothed. It is not a sensual style and no oil is used with this massage. It is radically different from regular massage, and highly effective. Because this massage is based on deep understanding of energy and muscle function, it can potentially achieve great results.
