My Life Coaching sessions are solution focused in nature and assist my clients in finding clarity, direction and meaning to the issues presented. The sessions are offered either online or face to face as needed.

Cynthia is knowledgeable, client centred and the best massage therapist I have had.  She finds the kinks (if they are there of course)  and helps to get them out (does she ever) and you stand tall when you leave her clinic having been in her hands for a whole hour.  I see her when I have aches, I see her when I have no aches, all the same as she always makes me feel good (and tall) 😉

Remedial and Reiki combination treatment that will leave you feeling so blissed out you may need to take the day to recover. Warning: This treatment is intense, and one that will leave you feeling restored and renewed. You will be provided with a herbal tea and bliss ball at the end and a good 10m recovery to self before you leave. Allow 75m in total for your experience. 

REMEDIAL MASSAGE & REIKI

Reiki is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, stress reduction and pain relief in published studies. Research suggests Reiki helps the body return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to potentially better heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. The immersive experience is unlike any other stress management treatment you’ve ever had. Warning: only book if you have nothing much planned for the rest of the day.

Reflexology is more than a foot massage and involves acupressure of the feet, hands, face and ears. It subtly detoxifies, removes energy blockages and promotes health in the corresponding body area thereby boosting the immune system, metabolism, circulation and balancing scattered energy. This treatment is highly recommended for athletes, the infirm, pre or post surgery and those wanting a unique experience to reduce pain and stress and improve mood and overall relaxation. 

REFLEXOLOGY

Your restorative customised massage inc. remedial, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching and relaxation techniques. A firm massage that works at a deep muscular level to assist in alleviating chronic pain and muscle tension.

Women’s Circle gives us the opportunity and space to be kind to ourselves, share our truths without judgement. Giving and receiving without guilt, replenishing our often repressed emotions within a community that offers compassion, clarity and connection. 
Each Women’s Circle has a theme offered to no more than 12 women (minimum of 6), supported by ritual, activities, guided visualisation, music, journaling, gentle stretching, drinks and snacks. 
These are usually conducted in my home on a Sunday from 2-3.30pm with dates to be arranged and confirmed.
