Toners are a great way to maintain your colour in between services. Toners change the colour of your bleach highlights they also leave your hair feeling and looking silky too. 
You can tone blonde down but you can not lift blonde to a higher level.

My prices are based on the length of regrowth anything more than 1 inch is an additional cost.
