Begin with 30 minutes of our Modified Indian Head Massage, a gentler take on the traditional Ayurvedic practice, using warm oils and flowing movements across the scalp, neck, and shoulders. This soothing treatment relaxes the nervous system, nourishes the scalp, and gently awakens the body’s energy centres (chakras).

Then drift deeper into calm with 30 minutes of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, a non-invasive technique that works with the body’s natural rhythms to release soft tissue restrictions and dissolve patterns of stress and tension held within the nervous system. Although MLD is a beautiful therapy, it’s important to note that it generally takes a full hour to move around the entire body once. For clients seeking more comprehensive results, I recommend our Lymphatic Flow Therapy, which stimulates lymphatic pumping every 3–5 minutes—making it a more efficient and powerful option for whole-body wellness.
