Initial session includes a brief overview discussion about reiki, your needs/symptoms and setting desired intentions/outcomes.

Reiki is an ancient technique used for stress reduction and relaxation and has been shown to have several benefits for both physical and mental health. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves the practitioner gently placing their hands on or near the body.

Starting with a short meditation,  gentle forehead and top of the head meridian point work, use of subtle scents and sounds, then flowing into the reiki session, all accompanied with soothing music.

You will be comfortable and warm nestled under blankets throughout the session 🤍

A parent/guardian must attend the session with the child.
As I work with children I have a full DBS check.

A light touch therapy using hand and/or Meridian tools, applying gentle pressure, small circular movements and tapping on acupressure points on the body.

The treatment increases energy flow along body channels known as meridians and relieves energy blockages that can cause physical symptoms and therefore helps alleviate anxiety, stress and promotes calm and relaxation.

As Meridian therapy is applied directly over clothing, I ask that you wear light materials so that the treatment is most effective.

Occasionally I may choose to work on areas that require treatment directly on the skin.
This will be discussed at the start of a session.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a technique that stimulates acupressure points by pressuring, tapping or rubbing while focusing on situations that represent personal fear or trauma.

You can combine my other therapies within this to work with ebbs and flows of life and energy.

A combination of breathwork then guided meditation, finishing with reiki healing.

This session allows you to learn and experience the flow of and focus of calming the body and mind to enable you to create a  relaxed state to fully receive and enjoy beautiful energy healing.
