I am a level 5 reflexology practitioner, the UK's highest reflexology qualification. Reflexology is a holistic therapy that identifies areas of the body that are out of balance. Our bodies are mapped on our feet by thousands of nerve endings and gently stimulating these areas helps release stress and tension, boosts the immune system, promotes better sleep, gives an increased sense of well being and encourages deep relaxation
