Hi i’m laura a yoga teacher based in east lothian and edinburgh and i will be offering more classes soon in the edinburgh area. My background is hairdressing so i’m a real people person i started using organic hair products and from there found a more organic lifestyle and became interested in my body and mind health now i would love to make you feel amazing inside and out through simple breathwork and gentle postures.
