Lisa is very professional, experienced and friendly.  She taught patiently and made the steps very clear and easy to understand and follow.  I learnt a lot today and now I am able to  do hair braids after the lesson.

Mermaid Braids consist of dutch braids with coloured hair extensions using the feed-in method! A huge range of colours are available and specific colour requests can be accommodated for bookings made at least 2 weeks in advance! For ages 4 and up only.

Length explained:
Short/Fine - Length up to armpit/underarm and fine to regular thickness.

Long/Thick - Length between underarm/armpit and mid back/belly button, and/or thick hair.

Hair beyond mid back will be quoted on a case by case basis.

How long the braids last will depend on your hair type/length as well as how you care for them!
This can range anywhere from a few days to a few of weeks! 
On average, customers typically have them in for 7-10 days before they're ready to take them out.

*Some hair types will last longer than others though, longevity is not guaranteed.

Mermaid Braids (Kids)

Mermaid Braids for children 4 years & over with short-mid length hair and fine/regular thickness. Short to mid length is classified as hair up to underarm/armpit.

2 x Mermaid Braids (Short/Fine)

Mermaid Braids for children 4 years and over with mid-long and/or thick hair. Mid to long length is classified as between underarm/armpit to mid back/belly button.

2 x Mermaid Braids (Long/Thick)

4 x Mermaid Braids, for children 4 years & over with short-mid length hair and fine/regular thickness. Short to mid length is classified as hair up to underarm/armpit. 

4 x Mermaid Braids (Short/Fine)

4 x Mermaid Braids, for children 4 years & over with mid - long length and/or thick hair. Mid - long length is classified as between underarm/armpit and mid back/belly button.

4 x Mermaid Braids (Long/thick)

2 x Mini Dutch Braids with coloured extensions, top of head only. Excess extensions trimmed to natural hair length.

2 x Mini Mermaid Braids

2 x Half-head Dutch Braids with coloured hair extensions. Excess extensions trimmed to natural hair length.

2 x Half-Head Mermaid Braids

2 x Half-head Dutch Braids with coloured hair extensions, combined up into a high Ponytail!

2 x Half-head Mermaid Braids into High Pony

A single Mermaid Braid consists of a single Dutch braid with coloured hair extensions. Popular option for boys and girls with an undercut!

2 x Half-Head dutch braids with coloured hair extensions, braided to the crown. Combined up into a high pony with coloured extensions wrapped to hide hair tie and coloured hair trimmed and blended.
