Your health and safety are our #1 priority. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent and be accompanied by an adult, or present ID upon arrival. For those under 16, both parent and child must provide ID and proof of relation. A £10 deposit is required upon booking, and a 48-hour notice is necessary for cancellations; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable.

MOST PIERCINGS NEED TO BE DOWNSIZED AFTER A FEW WEEKS. A LONGER BAR WILL BE USED FOR YOUR INITIAL PIERCING TO MAKE ROOM FOR SWELLING. ONCE THAT SWELLING HAS SUBSIDED YOU MUST RETURN TO THE STUDIO TO HAVE A SHORTER BAR FITTED SO YOUR PIERCING CAN CONTINUE TO HEAL. FAILURE TO DOWNSIZE CAN RESULT IN POSSIBLE JEWELLERY LOSS AS TUGS AND KNOCKS ARE COMMON AND MAY LOOSEN THE BALLS THAT KEEP THE JEWELLERY IN PLACE, IT CAN ALSO CAUSE IRRITATION AND UNWANTED LUMPS OR BUMPS AND INFECTIONS. IF YOU HAVE HAD YOUR PIERCING FOR A WHILE GET IN TOUCH TO ARRANGE A DOWNSIZING APPOINTMENT
