Conveniently situated off Holderness Road, regular bus route and plenty of free parking. Lesley runs a range of group yoga classes. Mondays is a gentle class, Wednesday we have chair based yoga, a full Hatha yoga class and an evening Wellbeing class which combines yoga with other holistic therapies.  One Saturday a month we host a more in-depth look at yoga.  Look out for our regular timetable of workshops too. Lesley also has a private treatment room for Sound healing, massage, Reiki and one to one yoga.

 I am sadly  no longer able to supply equipment. This is a traditional Hatha yoga class, with exploration of the yoga poses (Asana), breathing practices (Pranayama), Meditation and relaxation. I teach with the health benefits in mind, rather than acrobatic postures. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring layers as you will cool off in the relaxation session.

 I am no longer able to supply equipment.  Suitable for all ages and abilities. This class focuses on slow movements, with a Mindful awareness of the breath. We also look at traditional yoga poses, making adaptations as needed.

 I am sadly no longer able to supply equipment.  Aimed at anyone who is uncomfortable to lie on the floor in a general yoga class, this session covers movement, mind exercises, breathing development, and relaxation. The whole class can be taken in a chair, or, if able, we can progress to some standing work too.

All levels of experience are welcome to join this class as we look at yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, philosophy, mudra, relaxation, Reiki, aromatherapy, Sound healing, gratitude, nutrition, hormonal balancing  and more. £10.00 per session, 10% discount for £30 monthly package members. 7 chakra relaxation and sound bath 

Working up the energetic system of chakras, the 3rd eye space is all about our inner wisdom.  The voice inside that 'just knows' when something is right or wrong. Often, we can get switched off from our own intuition as we are influenced by the opinion of others, as well as the media. Take an hour out for yourself to re-connect with your true self.  A short yoga session, suitable for all, guided imagery and a deep relaxation experience as the sound waves from our sacred instruments help to create a feeling of inner peace - our natural state! 

Third eye chakra Sound Bath. 

The throat centre is our centre of communication - listening effectively to our inner voice, hearing what others are trying to convey to us, speaking our own truth. This session will involve a very short yoga session, chanting to connect us to the throat chakra and our own sound vibration.  Then be guided into a deep relaxation as the beautiful sounds of our Earth gong, bowls and chimes do their magic!

The heart chakra governs our ability to relate to ourselves and others in loving, compassionate way. Working on the heart chakra can be useful if you found all the social interactions of the festive season left you feeling worn out, or you are finding yourself susceptible to more colds. Join us for a few easy yoga moves, suitable for all, a guided visualisation around the heart centre, and  the deeply relaxing sounds of our Earth gong, crystalline singing bowls, koshi chimes and tongue drum. Booking is essential.

Heart Chakra Sound Bath.

The solar plexus is all about our inner power. Using the tongue drum, crystal singing bowls, and the gong we will do some gentle ygoa moves, then follow a guided visualisation to support this energy centre, finishing with deep relaxation.

Bathe in the sounds of our Tibetan singing bowls, crystalline bowls, chimes and our beautiful Earth gong as Lesley guides you through a relaxing Yoga Nidra (deep rest) with reference to the sacral chakra.

Sacral Chakra Sound Bath.

A very gentle, relaxing sound bath that can be used alone in with our series of 8 sessions. The Root chakra is all about grounding ourselves, being safe, feeling supported. Let the sounds of Tibetan bowls, Crystalline singing bowls, chimes and our beautiful Earth gong, wash over you, bring you into a deep state of relaxation as Lesley guides you through a visualisation to help on this journey to relaxation. Cost is £15 per session, or pay for all 8 upfront for a discount - total cost £100. Health in Harmony Gold Members take off an additional 10%.

Root Chakra Sound Bath. 

Learn to give Reiki to benefit yourself and your loved ones. 
We explore the history of Reiki,  the chakras, and how to apply this beautiful gift. You will have plenty of practice.
