Relax Deep Tissue Style Massage

Taking a holistic approach to Sports/Remedial therapy which aims to get your body moving better and in less pain (and aids in the recovery and prevention of injuries). can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including fibromyalgia, headaches, insomnia, muscular pain, joint inflammation, and muscle tension. I can also help with conditions like repetitive strain, TMJ, sciatica, and stress-related muscular tension. Additionally, sports massage can be used to treat sports-related injuries and improve overall well-being. Your booking time includes any paperwork, postural, movement and any other assessments that assists in creating a strategic and functional treatment plan.   All sports and remedial treatments can include various Swedish, deep tissue and remedial techniques, including frictions, STR, PNF etc.  This is a bespoke and individualised treatment, that requires extra skill and clinical approaches in its application.

Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy

A Facial Lift, Cleanse & Massage treatment. An ultra relaxing facial rejuvenation massage with deep relaxation aiming to create facial calm, cell renewal and refine lines - which gives anti fatigue, lifting and aging benefits! Booking time includes any necessary paperwork, assessments and set up time.

Using zone therapy, lymphatic drainage and blissful massage modalities, you literally melt away stress from the face, looking younger often in just one treatment, whilst also having a positive effect on the rest of the body. We complete this treatment with a quiet 5 minutes relaxation.

We use luxury Neal's Yard Remedies Organics products, Organic oils, Sound and Smell to send you into facial massage heaven.

You can often see the time turning back in just one treatment on your skin, however, the magic really happens when you have 3 - 5 treatments as a course.​

Natural Facial Uplift Massage

A facial massage combined with a divine back, neck and shoulders massage treatment in a deeply relaxing hour special!  This combination would usually cost at least £55, however, when you book the combo special it's just £40 (£45 if I travel to you). 

The combo special cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Balanced & Blissed Combo

The Retreat is a holistic mind, body & face treatment, where tensions are eased and mind restored. A curated experience designed to ease tensions, restore balance, and leave you glowing. Booking time includes any necessary paperwork and assessments.

2hr booking time consists of:
~ 60 minutes of full body massage and release work.
~ 60 minutes of facial massage and zone therapy: Relaxing and rejuvenating with Neal’s Yard Remedies Organics products.
~ We complete the treatment with sound and energy flow for deep relaxation and mental clarity.
