Technique Training Session
This session focuses on educating you to take control of your body and place it optimal & Safe position for the key lifts that have high potential to cause injury such as deadlift & Squat technique.
1-on-1 Private Session, working through prescribe rehabilitation & Strengthen exercises to restore you and your body back to normal and optimal performance & function.
1-on-1 Movement session where we focus on reversing dysfunctional movement patterns to get you living pain-free and moving well by unlocking and developing the key elements to human movements such as Mobility, flexibility, neuromuscular control and more.
