At The Self Session, Kate provides a safe and nurturing sanctuary for you to explore your inner self, through short or long term therapy, or with our unique, one-off, 90-minute session, known as single session therapy (SST).

Kate is fully qualified and insured counsellor and BACP registered member, based in Deal, Kent, offering the Self Session space for one-to-one connection, allowing yourself time to catch a breath, talk through any pressing issues or difficult life experiences you may be experiencing and any emotions, troubles, barriers and blocks you may be coming up against.
