Today, we are excited to announce that from 1st November 2021, Fresha is removing a whole range of fees for businesses using our platform! Why? You asked and we listened, so we’re making life more affordable for you – just in time for the busy holiday season.

Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming changes, and the benefits they bring to your business.

No more fees for any appointments booked via your website or social pages 🎉 

That’s right, we’re totally removing all fees for any bookings made via:

No more fees for returning clients who book via Fresha marketplace 🎉

We believe it’s your great work that really keeps your clients coming back, so Fresha will also no longer apply a fee for returning clients who book via the Fresha website or apps.

Will other fees be going up?

Nope! There’s no increase to our other fees, and no changes to how they work. We’re simply removing costs so you can enjoy even more of Fresha for free while we deliver more great payment features for you. All of our paid features remain entirely optional and you can choose to opt-out at any time.

What fees will still be charged?

  • 20% New client fee - applies only to the first appointment of new clients we bring to you via the Fresha marketplace website and apps. Fees never apply to returning clients, or any appointments made via your own website or social media pages.
  • Payment processing fees - competitive processing fee per transaction across all card payment methods. 
  • Blast messaging fees - these will still be calculated based on the amount of text messages or emails you choose to send via Fresha’s built-in marketing tools.

All other features on Fresha are completely free to use, for everyone - with no monthly subscription!

What you need to do...

Absolutely nothing 😀 These changes will come into effect automatically on 1st November 2021, so there’s nothing you need to do except enjoy the benefits. We know how busy you are creating amazing experiences for your clients, so we’ll be taking care of everything while you continue working your magic.
