I graduated from a healing arts school in 2017 after leaving the education field for 20 years. It is my heart/passion to help each individual soul on their life journey through massage, bodywork, life coaching, nutritional coaching or just a listening ear. I firmly believe that the body truly keeps score of your experiences on this journey through life. When I put my hands on each individual, my whole heart and energy is fully there, guiding the muscles to release the pain that holds you back
