Hi, I was visited today for my first treatment, Ritika, and another staff member took care of me very well. Ritika explained to me details about my treatment before start the procedure ,and during my treatment, most of the time, Ritika looked after me until the end of the treatment. I am so happy with Ritika since I met from the beginning. I would like to carry on other treatments at this clinic in the future. Thank you, Ritika.

Ritika did a great job of explaining the procedure and following it well. However I dont understand why I was asked to buy a product that clearly says its for men. Says warnings: for use by men only. It further says do not use if you are a woman. I was told to use it today after washing my hair with water. I have not done it because I dont want to further ruin my hair. I was in a hurry to leave and trusted Ritika for giving me the product so took it without reading material on the box. Do kindly give me an explanation as to why this has been done, I like to ur company manager without delay.

It was a good consultation. Ritika was very composed and patient with me, it was mainly a face-to-face talk, no machinery used to check the scalp, but it was definitely helpful.
