If you want any kind of fitness help, this is your place. I’ve done lots of training with Nina over the years but having had a recent operation I flung all my physio and consultant advice at her and she designed a session to incorporate everything and help me get the most/best out of exercises. Always strikes a balance of pushing me but not too hard

5star … just always 5star. I have measurable progress yielding results I could only dream of a few years ago. This is an amazing piece of equipment but without the correct coaching is pointless. In my experience Nina’s coaching is exceptional.
