We're glad you enjoyed your experience. From not wanting to do the cold plunge to doing 3 minutes straight multiple times. We look forward to welcoming you back next time.

I absolutely loved my experience at Zen! The space is beautifully designed, immaculate and feels like a luxury retreat. I went specifically for their LED red light therapy bed, and it’s hands down the best I’ve tried! The quality really stands out, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Absolutely worth the drive! I’m so glad I discovered Zen and will definitely be back to try their sauna and cold plunge. If you appreciate quality wellness experiences with a touch of luxury, I highly recommend Zen!
