Intuitive Coaching, Massage Therapy and Reiki healing. I work in a grounded/practical way, helping you understand the mind/body connection, releasing tension, processing stored emotions that have created aches and pains. Walk out feeling lighter and more relaxed, having let go of old trauma in a gentle and nurturing way. I use a combination of Reiki, NLP, Hypnotherapy and massage techniques to assist in this process
