Maria is a holistic practitioner and massage therapist who offers Massage ( Therapeutic-Remedial, Ayurvedic, Pregnancy, Myofascial release, Manual Lymphatic drainage, cupping...), Breathwork sessions and Ayurvedic consultations and treatments. As an empathetic and caring massage therapist, Maria tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, supporting them in improving their overall well-being. She believes in addressing the root cause and regulating the nervous system through bodywork and other modalities to strengthen the mind-body connection.
