Very interesting and supportive experience

One to one and group Alexander Technique lessons delving into how we use ourselves day to day and more specifically in our specialised fields. Lessons develop deeper awareness and conscious control of the self in the pupil. The aim is that pupils learn the technique and how to apply it to their own lives themselves.
