A 30 minute call designed to give you the information you need to make a decision on whether this diet is the right choice for you. We explore what step would be suitable and answer any specific questions you may have in relation to your circumstances. 
This is a free appointment call with no obligation to start the diet.

Returning Slimmer Session

For existing slimmers already on plan.
If you have had a break of more than a month please book a Returning Slimmer Session from the service menu.
Appointment to have an accountability Weigh In. To discuss progress and refocus goals and plan for success. 
Use this appointment type if you have left over products from a previous week but require some support. 
This appointment has a chargeable fee of £15 if the minimum purchase of 14 products is not required.  
Late cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of £15.

Weigh In Consultation

For existing slimmers already on plan.
When it's tricky to make the time or journey for a face to face consultation. Still have your weekly accountability and progress session from your car office or sofa! 
Product orders will be couriered or delivered as needed. 



Virtual Consultation - Phone or Zoom

Initial extended consultation either virtual or face to face to discuss your personal goals and motivations, choose the best plan for you , complete Record Form, select products, take measurements and photos.
