A gentle nurturing therapy offered with a true passion for supporting babies and children’s wellbeing. Using soft reflexology techniques on the feet, this treatment helps promote deep relaxation, comfort and emotional balance.

Benefits may include improved sleep, relief from digestive discomfort (such as colic, reflux, and constipation), support during teething, reduced tension and a calmer, more settled mood. Each session is tailored to your child’s individual needs, helping them feel safe, supported and at ease.

Baby/Child Reflexology 

This session is a calm, caring space just for you and your baby.
I begin by gently working with your baby to help them relax, feel settled and support better sleep. When baby is calm, I then work on you — giving you time to rest, breathe and release some of the overwhelm that can build up during this stage of motherhood.
As a mother, I understand how tired and stretched you can feel. My intention is to support you, help your body relax and create a peaceful moment where both you and your baby feel cared for and connected.
A soft, nurturing session that supports relaxation, sleep and a beautiful bond between mother and baby.

Mother & Baby Reflexology

Pregnancy reflexology is a gentle, nurturing treatment designed to support women from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards. Using light pressure on specific reflex points on the feet, this relaxing therapy helps promote calm, balance and overall wellbeing during pregnancy. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and stage of pregnancy with comfort and safety always prioritised. Many women find pregnancy reflexology deeply relaxing and beneficial for reducing stress, supporting better sleep and easing general pregnancy discomforts.

Pregnancy Reflexology

Immerse yourself in a state of tranquility with our unique BioEnergy & Reflexology Experience. This session is designed to calm your mind and relax your body while gently restoring your natural equilibrium. 

Begin your journey with soothing BioEnergy therapy, which alleviates energetic blockages and quiets the mind, allowing stress and tension to dissolve. This is followed by a rejuvenating 60-minute reflexology treatment, where gentle pressure applied to your feet promotes deep relaxation and supports natural healing.

This nurturing experience invites you to fully disconnect from daily worries, releasing anxiety and enveloping you in a wave of serenity. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and profoundly restored—truly the ideal remedy for unwinding and escaping life's stresses.

After booking Day 1, please return to book Day 2 and Day 3 immediately to secure your full appointment series.
All three days must be scheduled back-to-back on consecutive dates. Bookings that are not made consecutively may not be accepted.
