With a decorated background in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Injury Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, I bring a deep understanding of the human body’s ability to adapt, recover and optimally perform. Holding a BSc (Hons) and an MSc in allied healthcare disciplines, I am also a student Medical Doctor. My approach to stretch therapy is one of experience and evidence based practice.

My first time and I really felt the benefit! Marvin was friendly and talked through the stretches which made me feel comfortable!
