I've spent over 15 years coaching, training, and exploring all forms of movement - until my back injury led me to functional movement and nervous system work and brought me face-to-face with the deeper layers of the body. Now, I strive to create a safe and curious space for people to reconnect with their bodies, move with intention, and build lasting strength from the inside out.
