A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours prior to treatment. This is to check for any potential allergic reaction. If a patch test is declined or not carried out within the required time frame, the client understands that they proceed entirely at their own risk. The salon/technician cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur.
