I completed a Double Degree in Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Notre Dame, Western Australia in 2021 and have worked across the UK and Australia. I have a huge passion for health and fitness and injury prevention and aim to empower clients to get the the most of their body, injury free.
