TRE® - tension and trauma releasing exercises - works by down-regulating the nervous system, unsticking us from fight/flight/freeze survival modes that no longer serve us well. In a TRE® session, we induce natural tremors that allow the body to release held stress and tension and soothe the nervous system. This brings balance to our physiology and a calmness to our minds.
