Explore the healing power of breath in a gentle and accessible way.

This session is for the First Timers or Beginners who are curious to explore the healing power of your own Breath, and to experience Breathwork in a light-hearted and relaxed setting. 

In this 90-minute class, you’ll be guided through:
1.	Introduction to Breathwork – Learn the foundations of Rebirthing Breathwork: what it is, how it works, and why the breath is such a powerful gateway to healing and clarity.
2.	Grounding Practice & Reflective Journaling – A gentle drop-in to your body and mind to set the tone and intention for your experience.
3.	Rebirthing Breathwork – Experience the core of the session through conscious connected breathing, guided with care and trauma informed approach
4.	Integration  – A moment to let everything sink in, reflect, and make sense of the experience—what moved, what shifted, what was remembered or released.

Rebirthing Breathwork is conscious connected breathing through your nose. It is a gentle yet powerful way to awaken your inner knowing. Apart from the physical benefits (i.e. enhance mental clarity, deep relaxation, regulate nervous system, etc.). It has profound effects in emotions release, energy shift and spiritual awakening. It is an experience that goes beyond traditional therapies, one that needs to be felt to understand the power ~coming from your own breath. 

The full experience will begin with:
1.	Reflective Dialogue & Journaling 
2.	Rebirthing Breathwork 
3.     Integration

Breathwork is powerful but only if you are willing to open up and commit to the process. This is not a once and for all practice- you are recommended to practice a minimum of 8-10 sessions if you want to shift the old energies and let go of limited beliefs. 

This is your self-discovery journey.

Private Breathwork – for Couples or Best friends

This is not a counselling session nor about fixing anything. It is simply a space to slow down and breathe together. A guided experience to connect with yourself and each other.

Breathwork invites insights and clarity to arise naturally, allowing you to listen, to understand and to see deeper. To meet one another more fully and experience the feeling of oneness.

You don’t need a reason to deepen connection.

Come as you are — whether in harmony, transition, or simply wanting to deepen what’s already here.

With utmost privacy and zero judgement, inviting moments of insight and deeper connection through conscious breathing.

Breathwork for Couples (Private session)

Ancient practice, modern remedy.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique dating back to 400 BCE. It is practiced by lying down in complete stillness. You don’t need to do anything—just relax and be led.

This deeply restorative session is especially beneficial if you're feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, mentally exhausted or struggling with sleep. Yoga Nidra helps shift you into the Alpha brainwave state—a place between waking and dreaming—a progressive deep relaxation and true rest for your body, mind and soul.

Backed by modern neuroscience, Yoga Nidra supports NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest). Just 1 hour can feel as restorative as 3 hrs of sleep. It’s shown to reduce cortisol levels, support dopamine 
restoration, improve sleep quality, enhance mental clarity, and increase cognitive flexibility.

Singing bowls will be played near the end of the session, deepening your integration into samadhi, the altered state of consciousness.

An immersive experience to unwind and embrace your inner stillness

Drift into relaxation and a trip to the altered state of consciousness. Using sounds and different vibrational frequencies, that can penetrate our skin, organs, tissues and influence our cells. Our human body, composed of about 70% water, absorbs and interacts with crystalline frequency easily. These vibrations can reorganize molecules into coherent patterns, fostering a natural state of harmony, health, and wellness. 

This immersive session begins with a short grounding meditation to quiet our body & calm our monkey thoughts; follow with the sound bath using a variety of soothing instruments, with a special focus on crystal/ metal singing bowls.

Struggling with sleep or stress? 
This deeply restorative session is a powerful reset for both body and mind, guiding you into a state of Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR).
Unlike a Sound Bath which emphasizes more on the musical tone, this therapy focuses on vibrational frequencies that you can physically feel by your outer body and goes deep into your inner body. Using 7-metal therapeutic bowls, carefully placed around and on the body, the frequencies travel through the skin, muscles, and deeper tissues—supporting your system to unwind on a cellular level. 
Depending on your needs, this session can be tailored to either promote deep relaxation or energizing. You will experience a good night of sleep post therapy, a lighter emotional state, and maybe a natural detox response the following day.
Optional Add-On: Extra 20 mins for deep energetic reset to strengthen your body’s natural field (also known as your “aura”) for greater balance and clarity.
