Temple Style Lomi Lomi is a modern twist on the ancient healing practice that originated in Hawaii. Traditional Lomi Lomi was practiced by the islands healers & is designed to nurture all aspects of ones mental, emotional, spiritual & physical bodies.

Your session begins with an intention setting practice, followed by slow breathwork patterns to regulate your nervous system, calm the mind & melt into full body relaxation. 
You are then covered from head to toe in decadent warm oil as the flowing strokes of Lomi Lomi glide across the body with medium pressure, this style of massage includes breasts, belly, feet, toes, hands, hips and head. 

Lomi Lomi is completed with energetic sweeping to cleanse the energy field, lifting away layers of stress, tension & stagnation. Followed by a prayer of gratitude to acknowledge the ancestors and wisdom keepers of these traditional healing arts.

Cacao activates the heart, circulatory system & detox pathways, preparing you for deep work during  massage, while you set a clear intention for your healing session.

Once your massage is complete, our therapist will guide you through a sound healing using a combination of rattles, drums, voice & the Native American flute - allowing you space to integrate your healing journey and receive insights before heading back out into the world.
