I have been practising for over 12 years and I am fully qualified in a range of therapies. I have a dedicated therapy room, providing a calm and relaxing space for you to completely unwind and de-stress. I provide therapies for anxiety and stress relief, support for autoimmune conditions, pregnancy and hormonal changes or just for general relaxation and some much-needed time out. Every effort is made to tailor your treatment to your needs. I am passionate about self-care and I enjoy working with clients to help them maintain optimal health and well-being.
