I'm a passionate wellness practitioner with over 13 years of experience in Reiki, Swedish massage, reflexology, and pure stretch. Initially drawn to Reiki for my mental health, I've dedicated my career to helping others find balance and well-being. I've led meditation circles for both the public and the NHS, and I'm excited to share my knowledge of pure stretch as a fun and effective way to boost endorphins and release tension.
