Reflexology in lifton. Working with everyone to support their wellbeing. Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet and sometimes hands to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. By unblocking these reflexes, balance can be restored, and symptom patterns can improve. Many people use reflexology to relieve stress, anxiety, digestive issues, and chronic pain. Reflexology has a cumulative effect, and regular treatments are recommended for optimal outcomes. It is a safe and gentle therapy that has been used for thousands of year

My first reflexology session. Abbi was very calm, welcoming and light. It was a beautifully calming and balancing experience whilst also being extremely interesting - Abbi answered lots of questions I had and gave informative and helpful responses. Will certainly book again, I left feeling really relaxed and more grounded after a tough couple of weeks.

Abbi is incredible. So warm, kind and knowledgeable, I felt so at ease and safe in her little bubble. I went having no prior understanding of Reflexology and now I have no idea why everyone isn’t having it. A fascinating, insightful, calming and genuinely helpful experience that I will be doing again. Can’t thank Abbi enough for her expertise and care x
