Easy access, clean, what was expected. I recommend and will use it agan.  Felt great after.

Thank you for your feedback. We were unaware of the shower head, we will get that sorted asap, thank you for bring it to our attention. The cold plunge is cleaned and refilled regularly and was cleaned and refilled with fresh water in the morning of your appointment. Apologies about the hair there is a net where you can fish out hair etc. 
We advertise as a Micro recovery suite where two people can use the sauna, bath and massage tools. 

Not alot of room for two. Shower head was not working properly, limited space to lounge, cold pool had hair on surface and looked a little dirty

Was pretty good. Warm and cold enough. Parking is easy. Shower and water cooler was handy
