Our Ice Bath and Sauna studio offers a relaxing space where we provide the perfect environment to restore energy, rehabilitate muscles, and reinvigorate your nervous system. If you’re looking to make contrast therapy apart of your routine, or even find out what it's all about then come and check out our relaxing room.
