Welcome to the Pure Health & Wellness studio and clinic. Based in Lyndhurst, Hampshire, in the heart of the New Forest, I offer Yoga, Colon Hydrotherapy and a selection of holistic therapies. Established for almost 3 decades practicing and teaching holistic therapies and Yoga and over 20 years of service at the Health & Wellness Centre in the New Forest. So you can be assured you are in safe hands. I'm a Registered Yoga teacher in Vinyasa flow and a Pregnancy and Meditation teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. An ARCH registered Colon Hydrotherapist.
